At Returned, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
